Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Code regarding personal data protection (legislative decree 196/2003)
the parties to whom the personal data referred have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not, of said data, to have knowledge of content and origin, verify the accuracy or request its addition, updating or rectification, request its removal, transformation into an anonymous format or that the data processed be blocked as in breach of the law, as well as objecting in any event, and for legitimate reasons to their being processed. Any such requests should be addressed to the owner of the data processed.
