For this reason, we have developed our Code of Ethics, a document that defines the principles of integrity, fairness, and responsibility that guide the conduct of everyone working with us. The Code clearly outlines our commitment to operating with respect for people, the environment, and the community, while ensuring transparency across all professional relationships.

To monitor our progress and support continuous improvement, we have also published our Sustainability Report, the hotel’s first ESG report. This document provides a clear and verifiable account of the actions undertaken, the indicators measured, and the objectives we have set for the future. The publication of this report represents an important step in our journey toward greater responsibility, reinforcing our commitment to making Hotel Regina increasingly transparent, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.

To give structure and continuity to our commitment, we have defined an Environmental Management Policy, a document that sets out the guidelines through which we protect the environment and continuously improve our energy, water, and operational performance. Our approach also extends to courtesy products: we select eco-compatible lines and use dispensers that significantly reduce single-use plastic. At the same time, we have begun mapping our value chain, prioritizing suppliers who demonstrate a genuine commitment to sustainability.
